Heather Hunter is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College, where she obtained her Bachelors Degree. Heather is our Certified Laser Technicion and is our expert on our i-Lipo and Ultra services. She is a certified Permanent Make Up Artist and specializes in the application of Eyebrows and Eyeliner.
